❋ Zone R5 LotsLots that fall within an R5 zone - this is a zoning boundary created by the city of Atlanta. If you’re unsure whether your lot qualifies, contact us! We can help you figure it out.

What is R5 Zoning?R5 is a residential zoning classification used by the City of Atlanta. It allows for duplex and multi-family development on qualifying lots.
