These are the key features of a potential lot that make WilliamMarkDesigns’ builds stand out:

❋ Vacant Lots or Older Homes

Unoccupied lots or older homes that are ready for demolition. Whether you’re selling your previous home or wanting to get a plot of land off your hands, we’re ready to talk.

❋ Zone R5 Lots

Lots that fall within an R5 zone - this is a zoning boundary created by the city of Atlanta. If you’re unsure whether your lot qualifies, contact us! We can help you figure it out.

❋ Intown Atlanta

Any homes or lots within the perimeter of Atlanta. These include areas such as Buckhead, Brookhaven, Sandy Springs, Decatur, Reynoldstown, Midtown, Old Fourth Ward, and more.

❋ Quick and Direct

What is R5 Zoning?

R5 is a residential zoning classification used by the City of Atlanta. It allows for duplex and multi-family development on qualifying lots.
