Yes - we encourage our spec home buyers to inquire early (at the pre-sale stages) about their preferred home so we can help them personalize all their finishes.
We also offer appointments at our home studio, where we keep a wide selection of sample flooring, tile, cabinetry, grout, paint, and more. This gives our buyers a hands-on opportunity to visualize the full scale of their home before construction kicks off.
